Information on the processing of personal data
This information aims to describe the management methods of the website https://weagle.ai/ (hereinafter, the “Site”) with reference to the processing of personal data of individuals who access, use or interact with it (hereinafter, the “Users”).
This is general information provided in compliance with art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data (hereinafter, the “Regulation” or “GDPR”) to all Users who consult and / or interact with the services provided through the Site by Weagle Srl, with registered office in Via Camillo Benso C. di Cavour, 74 – 20094, Corsico (MI), VAT number 11492050965 (hereinafter, the “Company” or the “Owner”).
This information will illustrate the purposes and methods with which the Data Controller collects and processes the personal data of Users, which categories of data are processed, what rights the interested parties have pursuant to the Regulation and how they can be exercised.
The information is provided exclusively for the Site, therefore the Owner assumes no responsibility for third-party websites that may be consulted via hyperlinks on the Site itself.
The processing of the User’s personal data will be carried out using suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the above purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.
By using the Site, Users are invited to read this information before providing personal information of any kind.
1. Categories of personal data
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the User’s IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
Without prejudice to what is specified above in relation to navigation data, the Data Controller may acquire personal data provided spontaneously by the User by completing the “Contact us” and “Send request” forms on the Site, or by using the demo version of the tool offered by the Company, which can be used via the “Start for free” button on the site.
By way of example, the Site will acquire personal data of a common nature, provided directly by the User (such as name, surname and e-mail address). Furthermore, the Owner may process any other information that the User communicates, on his own spontaneous initiative. Please do not provide other data, in particular those relating to your health, religious beliefs and political opinions. Such data cannot, however, be used by the Owner without the prior free, informed and specific consent of the User.
2. Purpose, legal basis of the processing and nature of the provision
The data indicated in the previous paragraph will be processed by the Data Controller to allow the user to browse the Site or to satisfy user requests (which the latter can send, for example, by filling out the “Contact us” and “Send request” forms present on the Site or by using the demo version of the tool offered by the Company, using the “Start for free” button).
The processing is therefore necessary to follow up on a request from the User, as part of the execution of the existing legal relationship with the Data Controller (art. 6, par. 1, letter b) GDPR).
3. Categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated and purposes of communication
The Data Controller may possibly communicate, for the same purposes indicated in the previous paragraph 2, some of the User’s personal data also to third parties, who will process their personal data as data controllers pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation.
The list of data controllers can be requested from the Data Controller at any time by writing to info@weagle.it.
4. Data retention period and duration of processing
The Data Controller will retain the data for as long as necessary to pursue the purposes described in this information and, in particular, to allow the User to use the services made available through the Site. Once this period has expired, the Data Controller may retain the Users’ data for a further period in order to fulfill legal obligations or protect one’s interests in court.
5. Transfer of personal data outside the EU
The User’s personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
6. Rights of interested parties
The User has the right to exercise the rights provided for by the articles 15 ff. of the Regulation, in particular:
- the right to access personal data and, in particular, to access, as well as request and obtain information regarding the existence of personal data referable to you in the Data Controller’s possession;
- the right to rectification and, in particular, to request and obtain the modification and/or correction of your personal data if you believe they are inaccurate or incomplete;
- the right to request, in the circumstances referred to in the Regulation, the deletion of personal data or the limitation of the processing relating to the same;
- the right to request, where appropriate, the portability of personal data;
- where appropriate, the right to revoke the consent previously given.
Such requests may be addressed to the Data Controller by sending an email to info@weagle.it.
Finally, pursuant to current legislation, the User can lodge any complaints regarding the processing of his personal data to the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data.
7. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer
The Data Controller is Weagle Srl, with registered office in Via Camillo Benso C. di Cavour, 74 – 20094, Corsico (MI), VAT number 11492050965, e-mail info@weagle.it.

Cookie Policy
Below is the Cookie policy to be used as extended information pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”).
What are Cookies?
Cookies are packets of information sent by a web server (e.g. the website) to the user’s Internet browser, automatically stored by the latter on the computer and automatically sent back to the server at each subsequent access to the site. By default, almost all web browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. Typically cookies can be installed:
- directly from the owner and/or manager of the website (so-called first-party cookies);
- by parties external to the website visited by the user (so-called third-party cookies). Unless otherwise specified, please note that these cookies fall under the direct and exclusive responsibility of the manager himself. Further information on privacy and their use can be found directly on the websites of the respective managers.
This website may use, even in combination with each other, the following types of cookies classified according to the indications of the Privacy Guarantor and the Opinions issued at European level by the Art. 29 Working Group / European Data Protection Committee:
- Session: they are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and are deleted when the browser is closed. They are strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site, avoiding the use of other IT techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users’ browsing.
- Persistent: they remain stored on the computer’s hard disk until they expire or are deleted by users. Through persistent cookies, users who access the site are automatically recognized at each visit. Users can set their computer browser to accept/reject all cookies or display a warning every time a cookie is proposed, so they can decide whether to accept it or not. The user can, however, change the default configuration and disable cookies (i.e. block them permanently), setting the highest level of protection.
- Technical: these are cookies used to authenticate, to use multimedia content or to allow the choice of navigation language. Since they are necessary for easy navigation and correct viewing of the site, it is not necessary to acquire the user’s consent for these markers. This category also includes cookies used to statistically analyze accesses/visits to the site, only if used exclusively for statistical purposes and through the collection of information in aggregate form.
- Non-technical: these are all cookies that are not essential for the correct use of the site, such as analytics, profiling, advertising or social network cookies. Their use on users’ terminals is prohibited if they have not first been adequately informed and have not given free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent in this regard.
The cookies present on the Site
Technical cookies only
The Site uses exclusively technical cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser’s session storage used by the interactive demo of the Weagle console), which are strictly necessary for the correct functioning of the Site and for the provision of the services requested by the User. Pursuant to art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority on cookies and other tracking tools, the use of these technologies does not require the User’s consent.
The Site does not use analytics, profiling or advertising cookies, nor does it allow third parties to install non-technical cookies or other tracking tools on the User’s device. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is displayed.
Should the Owner decide in the future to use non-technical cookies, this policy will be updated and the User’s prior consent will be requested through a specific banner.
Links to third-party websites
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (for example, the demo booking service, the Weagle platform login and the Company’s social network pages). When the User follows these links, they leave the Site: any cookies installed by those websites are governed by the respective privacy and cookie policies, for which the Owner is not responsible.
How to disable cookies by configuring your browser
If you wish, you can also manage cookies directly through your browser settings. However, blocking or deleting technical cookies and similar technologies may prevent some features of the Site, such as the interactive demo, from working correctly.
