Can we manage multiple companies?
Yes. The MSP console provides a provider workspace with isolated CISO tenants, individual customer allocations and centrally managed operators.
How are seats and AI credits allocated?
Each tenant receives an allocation from your MSP pool for base seats, VIP seats and AI credits. The console shows allocated capacity and service statistics, with configurable pool alert thresholds.
Can we control what each customer can access?
Yes. You can configure delegated CISO functions and permissions for a tenant, subject to the capabilities granted to your MSP account.
Can we automate tenant provisioning?
Yes. Scoped MSP API clients can authenticate with OAuth client credentials and perform supported tenant lifecycle operations. API-client creation and revocation are managed by an authenticated MSP owner.
